Cancellation Policy
We are delighted that you have chosen Halo Therapies for your Spinal Flow treatment. To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we have established the following booking policy: Advance Booking: All appointments for Spinal Flow treatment are to be booked at least 24 hours in advance, when possible. This allows us to prepare adequately for your session and ensure you receive the highest quality care. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice. This courtesy allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients. Arrival Time: Please don't arrive early as the door to the Clinic will be locked and we will be treating a patient. It will be opened when your treatment is ready to start. Due to time constraints, late arrivals will result in a shortened session time. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text message upon booking your appointment. Please ensure your contact information is up to date to receive these notifications. Payment: Payment for your Spinal Flow treatment can be made at the time of booking or upon arrival for your appointment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Special Considerations: If you have any specific health concerns or conditions, please inform us when booking your appointment so that we can tailor your treatment accordingly.
